Radhika Bharat Ram is the Joint Vice Chairperson of The Shri Ram Schools. Under the aegis of Shri Educare Limited, an education consultancy company, she has been instrumental in setting up The Shri Ram Millennium Schools and The Shri Ram Early Years in NCR and serves as a member of the Management Committee of these schools.

Radhika is a trustee of CAPED – Cancer Awareness, Prevention and Early Detection that has been working in the area of awareness creation for women centric cancers. She also serves as the Hon. General Secretary of Delhi Crafts Council, the Jt. Secretary of The Blind Relief Association and the Chairperson of The Indian Blind Sports Association. She is a part of various committees of CII.

Radhika earned a degree in Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi University. She has participated as a lead singer in a number of fund-raiser musical shows and has completed three half marathons in India.
